Ordering Online
When you see an item you are interested in, click on the image and you will be taken to a larger image and description.
1) When you are ready to purchase, select available options. You will click the "Add To Cart" button. The item will be added to your shopping cart. You may then continue to browse by selecting the "Continue to Shop" button.
2) When you are satisfied with your order, you may then click "Checkout" in the upper menu. You will be prompted for your name, address and credit card information. There is a box at the end of the credit card section titled "Comments" if you have any questions about or special instructions for your order.
3) When you have completed your payment information and looked over the final shopping cart contents, click the "Submit" button once to place your order on our secure site.
4) Cancellation of an order after it has been processed or refusal to accept delivery of an order will result in a $30 restocking fee.

Your right to privacy and security is our top priority. Bonny Bags does not engage in selling , marketing, or sharing of your personal information. We require personal information only when it is necessary to do so, such as completeing your order.

Return Policy
There are no returns on merchandise purchased through the Bonny Bags Web Site. If an item is broken or defective please let us know and we will do our best to replace the merchandise. Determination of whether an item needs to be replaced is at the sole descrestion of Bonny Bags (a Blue Dog Group e-commerce store).
All merchandise returned for exchange must be returned in perfect, unused condition. Items with stains (make-up, lipstick or any condition other than the condition in which it was sent), will not be accepted for exchange. Original tags must be on all returned merchandise. All accessories that are part of the item packaging or contents (storage bags, etc.)
Merchandise must be received back within 10 days of original shipment date for exchange.
No exchanges will be made if not received within 15 days from the original shipment date.
An exchange fee of $10.00 will be charged to cover shipping and handling when your new selection is sent to you.
If you should receive merchandise that is damaged, please notify us as soon as you receive it and we will gladly replace or repair it for you. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any item that is received damaged.
Please wrap any item being returned to us for repair or replacement in the original packing material (bubble wrap and shipping paper) and return to us either Priority Mail or UPS so that it is received at our offices within 10 days from the time you received the item.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds for merchandise purchased through the Bonny Bags Web Site. There are no refunds for the on merchandise purchased through the Bonny Bags Web Site online store only exchanges for defective products at the sole discretion of Bonny Bags (a Blue Dog Group e-commerce store).
